To upgrade your package you will need to login into your 4th Utility account select my account then select upgrades. 

Once you have selected upgrades, our packages will appear you can then choose the package which you would like to upgrade to then select upgrade plan, this will automatically update the package you are on and your billing will be amended accordingly.
